On November 4, CNTY and China Railway 23rd Bureau Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hai'an, Jiangsu Province in which the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of new energy, gravity energy storage and environmental protection.
Before the signing of the agreement, Chairman Yan Shengjun of CNTY, Cao Debiao, Party Secretary and President of CNTY, and Liu Guofang, Vice President of CNTY, attended a meeting with Xiao Hongwu, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Railway 23 Bureau, and Cai Xiaobin, Discipline Inspection Secretary of China Railway 23 Bureau.
Chairman Yan welcomed Xiao Hongwu and his delegation to Hai’an. President Cao then gave a detailed introduction to the business development of CNTY. He pointed out that, as an international listed company deeply engaged in zero-carbon environmental protection and new energy, intelligent environmental services and recycling, CNTY has always insisted on promoting development through technological innovation, and has now formed a two-wheel drive system of environmental protection industry chain services overlaid with zero-carbon new energy technology. The company will give full play to its project experience and technical strength in the fields of wind and power new energy, gravity energy storage, environmental protection, etc. to integrate high-quality resources for the cooperation between the two sides and contribute to the implementation of the national carbon goals.
Secretary Xiao Hongwu introduced the history, organizational structure, strategic layout, business areas and operation status of China Railway 23 Bureau. Mr. Xiao said that there is great room for cooperation between the two companies in new energy and other emerging industries, and hoped that both sides would integrate their respective resources to create win-win cooperation.
Before the meeting, Secretary Xiao Hongwu and his team, accompanied by Vice President Liu Guofang, visited the WtE power plant, fly ash melting plant, equipment manufacturing plant and intelligent urban environmental service cloud platform in Hai’an.
