On March 20, in Bachou Township, Donglan County – the core area of the National Bronze Drum Culture (Hechi) Ecological Reserve – the century-old Maguai (Frog) Festival arrived as scheduled. Local people, dressed in splendid ethnic costumes, beat bronze drums, paid homage to the Maguai, sang folk songs and performed bronze drum dances to express their wishes for a good life. Visitors from far and wide gathered at the Bachou Maguai Cultural Tourism Scenic Area to take part in this grand cultural heritage celebration.

To keep the area clean and orderly during the event, Donglan Tianying, under the guidance of the comprehensive law enforcement bureau and the transportation management bureau, built a solid sanitation safeguard line in every respect, contributing solid sanitation strength to the smooth running of the event.

On the day of the event, Donglan Tianying dispatched 10 cleaners and 5 waste collectors to form a dedicated task force, focusing on sweeping and waste removal in the scenic area. A total of six truckloads of waste were removed during the festival, welcoming visitors with a clean and tidy environment.

Donglan Tianying carried out comprehensive deep cleaning of main township roads, village paths, and convenience lanes, achieving full coverage of sanitation services. For the roads around the scenic area, a sprinkler truck was specially deployed for regular cleaning, using a combination of water spraying and sweeping to thoroughly remove surface dust and scattered litter. At the same time, Donglan Tianying specifically washed and disinfected all waste collection vehicles, making sure every operating vehicle was spotless and looked brand new.

Public toilets in the area are open around the clock. During the event, Donglan Tianying further optimized the daily cleaning model, upgrading from scheduled cleaning to patrol cleaning, so that waste was removed as soon as it appeared and surfaces were cleaned as soon as they became dirty. At the same time, disinfection, deodorization, and fly control were carried out strictly, and facility inspections and maintenance were strengthened so that any minor faults were promptly identified and fixed.

To meet the sanitation needs on the festival day, Donglan Tianying stationed 10 cleaners at the site throughout the event to perform seamless patrol cleaning. Fifteen temporary trash bins were added on-site, with designated personnel watching over them to empty them as soon as they were full, preventing any accumulation or overflow.
On the day after the event, Donglan Tianying quickly assembled a cleaning team to carry out a "look-back" cleaning operation across the event site and all the main and secondary streets and lanes in the township. Through thorough, all-around cleaning and meticulous sanitation work, residual debris and paper scraps were completely removed, quickly restoring the site and the township to their original clean state.
In the environmental support work for this Maguai Festival, all staff of Donglan Tianying performed their duties conscientiously and responded swiftly, fulfilling all cleaning and support tasks to a high standard and with high quality. In the future, the company will continue to actively participate in various public welfare, cultural, and sports support activities, constantly contributing to the upgrading of rural living environments, safeguarding the clean, tidy, and comfortable image of the local area.
